At B. Clem Surfboards in Honolulu, Hawaii, every custom surfboard begins with collaboration. From start to finish, we work closely with you to design a board that fits your skill level, fitness, and the type of waves you surf — ensuring performance and feel are perfectly dialed in.
Choose from custom colors, pinlines, and glass-ons to make your board truly one of a kind. Each build typically takes 4–6 weeks from order to completion.
We offer both traditional polyurethane/polyester construction and EPS/epoxy builds upon request, with custom glassing schedules available to meet your preferences.
All surfboards start at $120 per board foot, hand-shaped and finished in-house with precision, care, and craftsmanship inspired by Hawaiian surf tradition.
EL BARONG
Mid-formance twin pin style board for that loose and cruisey feel. Something a little shorter in my line-up for those who don’t wanna work too hard to get into good waves. Matt has been testing riding this model on bigger days on the South and North shore. Tried and tested for all conditions.
