At B. Clem Surfboards in Honolulu, Hawaii, every custom surfboard begins with collaboration. From start to finish, we work closely with you to design a board that fits your skill level, fitness, and the type of waves you surf — ensuring performance and feel are perfectly dialed in.

Choose from custom colors, pinlines, and glass-ons to make your board truly one of a kind. Each build typically takes 4–6 weeks from order to completion.

We offer both traditional polyurethane/polyester construction and EPS/epoxy builds upon request, with custom glassing schedules available to meet your preferences.

All surfboards start at $120 per board foot, hand-shaped and finished in-house with precision, care, and craftsmanship inspired by Hawaiian surf tradition.
